The property must be dialed-in and parade ready for the photographer by the time of their arrival. The photographer usually only has about an hour to complete the photoshoot so time onsite is absolutely critical! They are often booked right after and must get to the next job. Thanks for understanding.

The photographer reserves the right to cancel the job and leave if they have to wait longer than 15 minutes for final home prep *

The photographer does their best focused work composing shots while there are no occupants at home for the shoot. *
